[Templates] Template Toolkit plugin for Eclipse

Is there a plugin available for Eclipse 3.4 for Template Toolkit?

Nice features to have would be:

syntax highlighting
parse/compilation check
code outline
reformatting (correct indenting)
code folding
code completion

(preferably in the specified order)
