[Templates] template test

well, I want to test all my templates under one dir. to make sure all TT 
syntax is correct.

I searched in CPAN and find 
http://search.cpan.org/~abw/Template-Toolkit-2.19/lib/Template/Test.pm
but it complains "all skipped: not applicable on this platform" in both 
Linux and Win32.

anyone has any hints about Template Test?
