[Templates] Flushing Output or Incremental Output, how?

Why the requirement? Well, the output will be a collection of 
information gathered from different sources with different 
processing period, some can be significant. Therefore, as this 
is part of a user interface, I would like to display the 
information which I know will need shorter time earlier, while 
waiting for other information to came up.
