[Templates] Playing catchup on the mailing list.

Due to an oversight on my part, the TT web site has been pointing at an old
Mailman installation for the mailing lists for the past month or so.  That
resulted in a backlog of some messages that the list admins weren't able to
approve.

I've cleared the backlog now so those message should be coming through.  My
apologies if any of these are now dupes, but it was easier just to approve
anything that looked valid for the list.

The web site is also now fixed to point at the new Mailman installation.
