Hi Rick,

No, you're not doing anything wrong.  I'm seeing the same thing.

It looks like the GIF files got mangled when we switched the source
code repository from CVS to Subversion.

Sorry about that.

I've fixed the problem and restored the original images.  I'll release
a new version in the next few days.  In the mean time, you can grab the
images from an earlier version (2.18 seems OK) or check out the development
version direct from subversion.  This message explains how:
