Hi Adam,

I *promise* I will do it as soon as I am physically able. It's right at
the top of my TODO list, but I'm out of the country until Sunday and only
have limited access to the things I need to get it done.  So it should be
forthcoming some time early next week.

My sincere apologies for the ongoing inconvenience.  I've been working
every waking hour on finishing a major project for a client which is
supposed to be launching... er... today.  So my life hasn't been my own
of late, but things should be getting back to normal RSN.
