I installed TT on windows without problems. While installing you get a
questionof which stack (not sure if it's called stack) to use :

Compiled C code, faster, but requires compilation which isn't always eas=

on Windows due to lack of compiler and different settings and compilers
used to create virous Perl distributions.

=3D=3D Plain Perl
Obviosly written in perl, slower but doesn't require a compilation.
If you're using it for development (not a production server, for which
I would sugest Linux anaway - actualy I would sugest Linux for both)
then it shouldn't matter ...
