[Templates] HELP needed

Stuart,
	I tried using the ppm from ActiveState, and it tells me:

Note: Package 'Template-Toolkit' is already installed.

However I thought there should be c:\prog files\Template Toolkit dir.  =
If that is the case its not there.  Is there away to verify its =
installed?

What version of Perl are you using on Windows?  'install Template' from=20
cpan shell works for me with Strawberry Perl.
