Hi

Can whoever it was that said they had access to Andy in meatspace please 
give him a poke for me?

Win32 has regressed and utterly fails to install (again) and I can't get 
a response to email (again). Some Linux platforms are failing as well.

Because I'd like to not have to wait 9 months this time :)

P.S. Andy, BTW I had no idea those "a", "b", "c" versions of 2.15 
existed, because as far as I can tell they were never released to CPAN.

In future, it would be great if you could release them CPAN, using a 
2.18_01 style version to indicate a dev release.

For such an important module it would also probably be useful to get a 
full CPAN Testers cycle on dev-mode prereleases before doing things like 
releasing 2.18 and breaking platforms you don't have access to.
