Yes, just chatted to Alias about why he didn't announce to the list, in 
fact. Reply: "TT has a mailing list?" .. (hmpf)

Anyway, Andy appears to be AWOL, and he really wanted some minor issues 
with the Makefile/deps cleaned up, so he released them. He's not looking 
to apply patches or lib changes unless Andy remains AWOL for a lot 
longer..

There are no changes apart from on certain installs, see the Changes file 
for info.
