[Templates] List of sites using Template Toolkit

Add http://mihai.bazon.net/ and http://www.dynarch.com/ (this one is
actually based on HTML::Mason, but I'm switching parts of it to TT). 
I'm working on a few more sites as well, all based on TT.

I also use TT for creating documentation, build systems for my projects,
etc. — it's present in all my infrastructure. :)
