[Templates] Processing templates from variables

Hi everyone.
I have the following problem: I need to process "sub"templates from template file, for example I have a template variable "test" which contains tt directives, how to PROCESS this variable from template?
If it's not posiible how to add predefine BLOCK's to existsing $tt object?
