[Templates] ttree and .files

If you can't get ttree to do it the way you want, here are some other ideas:
If you have Apache server config access you can tell it to use a non-dotted
filename instead of ".htaccess" I think.  Or you could call the file
_htaccess and then have a Perl script that renames all the _htaccess files
to .htaccess after running ttree.
