[Templates] printable versions of pages

Works like a charm. Thanks! I had found the article on List Apart as well.
Makes me wonder why so many sites still use the separate page for
printing... browser backwards compatibility, perhaps? Anyway, the CSS
solution is definitely the cleanest and works for our site. It also fixes
our Firefox printing problems (our layout uses floats extensively). Thanks
again...
