[Templates] How do I ignore .svn directories?

I'm sure there is a TT way of fixing this; but you could also switch to
using SVK (http://svk.elixus.org/) as the client to the subversion
server. SVK does not leave .svn folders all over the place and gives
you several other nice features as well.
